Terms and Conditions

Welcome to HICASH TOURS AND CAR HIRE. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or renting a vehicle from us.

Rental Agreement:

All rentals are subject to a rental agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of the rental.By signing the rental agreement, you agree to abide by its terms, including rental duration, fees, and conditions.

 Driver’s Age and Requirements:

Renters must have a minimum age of 23. Drivers must possess a valid driver's license and full coverage insurance. Additional drivers may be added to the rental agreement for an extra fee.

 Rental Duration and Late Return Policy:

The Rental duration is calculated on the basis of 24 hours' periods and starts immediately after the Renter is given the car keys. A grace period of 30 minutes will be provided for late return, after which another full day fee will apply.

Our vehicles are not available on an hourly rate.

Payment Policy:

Payments varies depending on the type and the value of the car. Deposit are made either by cash or transfer before hiring. A refundable deposit may be required at the time of rental.

Fuel Policy:

Rental vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. Customers may pre-purchase a full tank of fuel at the time of rental or pay refueling charges upon return. Failure to do so may result in refueling charges, as the rental rates do not include fuel cost.

 Insurance Coverage:

All Rental vehicles at HICASH tours & car hire are provided with basic insurance coverage including car damage, third party and passenger’s liability. In case of accident caused by Renter he/she is obliged to cover excess costs, which are different for each car.

 Vehicle Condition:

Renters are responsible for inspecting the vehicle for any pre-existing damage before leaving the rental location. Any damage must be documented and reported to HICASH TOURS AND CAR HIRE immediately.

 Vehicle Use Restrictions:

Renters are not permitted to leave the territory of Tanzania with the rented car, unless special agreement are concluded on this subject.

 Towing and Roadside Assistance:

Renters are provided with towing and roadside assistance services in case of breakdowns, accidents, or emergencies.

 Vehicle substitution policy:

At HICASH TOURS & CAR HIRE, we strive to provide the specific vehicle you choose at the time of reservation. However, in the event that the selected vehicle is unavailable, we will offer an alternative vehicle of similar class and specifications. We will make every effort to meet your preference and ensure your satisfaction with our service.

 Cancellation Policy:

Reservations must be canceled within a time period of 24 hours to avoid cancellation fees. Refunds may be subject to cancellation fees or penalties.

Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising from the rental agreement will be resolved through arbitration or mediation.
